Who We Are
About Finn Projects
A Toronto-based engineering firm specializing in energy management services for
industrial, commercial, institutional, and multi-residential buildings.
Our Story
For over 30 years, Finn Projects has delivered practical, results-driven energy engineering for buildings across Canada.
Finn Projects is a Toronto-based engineering firm specializing in energy management services for industrial, commercial, institutional, and multi-residential buildings. Founded over 30 years ago, we have built a reputation for thorough, practical, and results-driven work, helping clients across Ontario and beyond reduce their energy costs, improve building performance, and meet their sustainability goals.
We work with building owners and managers across every major sector, from large municipal housing portfolios to hospitals, universities, hotels, and utilities. Our client relationships tend to be long-term: once an organization experiences how we work, they come back.
We don't just hand over recommendations. We deliver a complete service, from identifying opportunities to confirming the savings are real.
How We Work
Engineering that goes the distance
Rigorous Analysis
Every audit starts with the data: two years of utility billing, a full equipment inventory,
and operating schedule analysis. We don't estimate; we measure.
Practical Recommendations
Our reports are written for both operations staff and finance decision-makers.
Recommendations are prioritized by payback and feasibility, not by what's trendy.
Verified Results
We follow projects through to measurement and verification. If we told you the
savings would be there, we'll show you the data that proves it.
